Refund Policy

Return Policy

At SOLSSS we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it. 

Return Period: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Do you have a complaint outside this period (e.g., broken, not sticking)? Please feel free to contact our customer service to resolve the issue.

Condition of the Item: Returned items must be undamaged, unused, clean, and in the original packaging.
Clean means: no stains, skin flakes, makeup marks, skincare products (lotion, oil, etc.), sweat marks, or odors such as body scent or perfume.

Exceptions:

  • For hygiene reasons, worn underwear cannot be returned.
  • The right to return expires for items with a silicone adhesive layer if the protective plastic film has been removed and/or damaged.
  • For hygiene reasons, items cannot be returned if the box has been opened.
  • Items must be returned with the original price tag attached. Products without the attached price tag will not be accepted.

Return Procedure

  1. Register Return: You can easily register your return via your account page.

  2. Packaging: Place the item back in its original packaging. Write your order number on the box so we can identify your order.

  3. Shipping: Send the package to the return address below. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend using a traceable shipping method.

Refund

Processing Time: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or color? Please place a new order via our website and follow the return procedure above for the unwanted item.
