I have one dress that's a little roomy at the bust and didn't want to have it altered before a weekend away. These filled that space better than the soft loose pads I had. I moved them around inside the dress a few times to get the shape I wanted. They do feel heavier in my hands than I expected, but once dressed I wasn't thinking about it. Kept the clear covers so they don't pick up fluff in the drawer. Happy with them for this particular outfit.
These add fullness but feel pretty firm. I can feel them when my arms brush against my sides. Not something I'd wear every day.
No more empty space at the top of that bra!
